Built small. Done right.

Gooby's started the way the good ones do — a backyard pit, a pile of wood, and friends who wouldn't stop saying it was the best they'd ever had. We're not a restaurant. Not yet. We're a couple of folks who'd rather earn it one perfect plate at a time.

No corners. No shortcuts. Just fire, time, and a stubborn refusal to serve anything we wouldn't fight you for.
